1.5 oz Rebellion Bourbon
.25 oz creme de cassis
3-4 blackberries
2 thyme sprigs
1 lemon wedge
Muddle 3-4 fresh blackberries, 1 lemon wedge and 2 thyme sprigs. Add bourbon on crème de cassis. Shake with ice and double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon twist.
